Lodging at the CMHT Trailheads
Chilcotin Holidays Lodge Guest Ranch
Guests staying at Chilcotin Holidays Lodge Guest Ranch can expect to experience real western charm and warm hospitality. Resembling a large western family homestead, the guest ranch has nine rooms with queen, twin and a combination of queen and bunk beds. It’s spacious and tastefully decorated in a western frontier theme, complete with a two-story fireplace, sunroom, large central dining room and a large outdoor deck facing the rugged Coast Mountains.
In the evenings guests sit out on the terrace to enjoy the last warm rays of sun and later gather around the bonfire, roasting marshmallows and listening to guitar music. You may even join in with the others for a little western dancing on the outdoor dance floor.
Regular barbecues and a family-friendly atmosphere with activities such as horseshoe toss, baseball, soccer, volleyball and badminton are provided. For the more relaxed crowd, we have many board and card games and a good library to find the perfect book to read in our cozy sunroom.
Also available are chalet rentals (1–4 bedroom), which are fully equipped with all the necessities such as linens and bedding, washrooms, kitchen, living room and terrace. Ranch-based vacations are available in different package options from all-inclusive (accommodation, meals, activities, riding, hiking) to bare minimum accommodation-only rates. Overnight vehicle parking available for a fee.
Hikers also have the option being picked up at trailheads with the shuttle for overnight stays. Travel the CMHT on guided hiking, fishing, horseback, grizzly viewing or mountain biking trips.
